What wellness programs do you offer?
We offer four signature programs designed to suit different needs:

Your stay includes:

Do I need prior experience with yoga or detox programs?
A detailed answer to provide information about your business, build trust with potential clients, and help convince the visitor that you are a good fit for them.
Is the retreat fully vegetarian?
You will have many otions! Our cuisine follows Pythagorean dietary principles, focusing on organic, vegetarian, and plant-based meals. Our menus are designed for optimal digestion, energy balance, and detoxification.
Can I still use my phone and laptop during my stay?
We encourage a digital detox to help you disconnect and fully immerse in the experience. However, designated areas with Wi-Fi are available for necessary communication.
What should I pack for my stay?
We recommend bringing:
